The short version

We only collect what we need to answer you and deliver what you buy. No ads, no tracking, no analytics, no selling data. Ask us at [email protected] and we delete everything we have about you.

What we collect and why

• Demo and contact forms: your name, email, social account, the link to a raw video if you share one, and your message. Used only to reply to you and do your demo.
• Purchases: your name, email and what you bought, from Stripe, to deliver it and keep the records the law requires. Your card details go only to Stripe; we never see them.
• Install call times you choose after paying, to schedule the call.
• Spam protection: a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for one hour, to limit how many forms one connection can send. We can't turn it back into your IP.

Cookies and storage

The site sets no cookies and uses no trackers. Your browser remembers two choices on your own device (light or dark mode and language); they never reach us. When you pay, Stripe's own page may use cookies needed for payment and fraud prevention, under Stripe's privacy policy.

Who processes your data

• Cloudflare hosts the website and its database.
• Stripe processes payments.
• Google (Gmail) carries the emails we send you and receive from you.

Some of them may process data outside the EU under the safeguards required by the GDPR (such as standard contractual clauses).

How long we keep it

Form requests: up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them. Raw videos you shared for a demo: deleted within 30 days. Purchase records: as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. We answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU you can also complain to your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).
