Who we are

LastTake is run by Daniel, a professional short-form video editor based in Spain. Contact: [email protected]. We reply within 48 hours.

What you buy

A personal AI editing setup ("your editor"): a set of instructions, rules and scripts that runs inside Claude Code on your own computer and turns a raw recording into a CapCut project you can edit. It does the repetitive part of editing (cutting pauses and bad takes, captions, placing images and sounds). It does not guarantee views, followers or any result on social media, and you may still want to make final changes yourself.

• Starter editor: the editor ready to install, a step-by-step install video and a style questionnaire. Delivered by email within 24 hours of payment.
• Custom and Finance editors: built around 3–5 of your videos and installed with you on a 90-minute video call, followed by 2 videos fine-tuned together and 14 days of support. After paying you choose times for the call; we confirm one within 24 hours.
• Explainer animations and team setups: quoted separately before any payment.

What you need, and its cost

Your editor runs on tools from other companies, each with its own terms and prices: Claude Code (it needs a paid Claude subscription from Anthropic), CapCut desktop, and a Mac or Windows computer. Those are not included in our price and are paid to them directly. There is no subscription from us: you pay once.

14-day money-back guarantee

If your editor doesn't save you time, email us within 14 days of receiving it (Starter) or of your install call (Custom and Finance) and we refund the full price. No forms, no questions beyond what didn't work for you. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days. After those 14 days, payments are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

Payments

Prices are shown in US dollars and charged once by Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your card details. You receive a receipt and an invoice by email from Stripe.

Your videos and our work

Your videos, footage and content stay yours. We only use the videos you send us to build and test your editor, and we delete raw files you shared for a demo within 30 days. Your editor is licensed to you for your own channels (and, for team setups, the creators agreed in the quote). You may change it as much as you like, but you may not resell or redistribute it.

Liability

We do our best to make your editor work as described and to fix problems during the support period. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not responsible for changes or outages in third-party tools (Claude, CapCut, your operating system).

Changes and law

If we change these terms, the version shown when you paid applies to your purchase. These terms are governed by Spanish law; if you are a consumer in the EU you keep the protections of your country's law.
